With the Cryo Vision Josuke obtained from the shopkeeper at that strange Goodwill, he can now conjure ice to some extent, as well as use an Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst.
Elemental Skill - "Dark Side of the Moon": Josuke covers the weapon he's currently using in faceted ice, dealing Cryo damage with his attacks, and at regular intervals, the ice crystals burst towards enemies and deal bonus damage as long as the ice covering his weapon remains.
Elemental Burst - "Any Color You Like": Josuke creates a field where ice crystals start gathering on enemies the longer those enemies stay within that field. The ice crystals freeze enemies in place for a few seconds and make them more vulnerable to critical hits. When the field fades, the crystals all burst at once, dealing Cryo damage. Using his skill while he's in this field himself causes crystals from his weapon to deal bonus damage more frequently.
